I have a created a bot that works well with a my FB page. Then I have changed the connected page to the right one and the bot stop working: if I click on “Get started” button, the bot doesn’t start. I have a catch-all trigger. In fact if I write something it starts with the Welcome message. If I connect again this bot to the old page, or to another one that I have, it works well again!!! It is driving me crazy!!

@boblelle would you have had a similar scenario where you’ve changed the page then seen issues ??
FWIW, when I switched connections to a FB page from another bot platform to FlowXO, it took a few days before the other platform fully disconnected. I wonder if there’s a caching issue on FB that temporarily continues sending user messages to the old connection…
Support has recommended that I add or change my persistent menu. The bot I
was testing did not have a persistent menu, so I added one. It worked.
