Hello! I can not start the bot triggering via Facebook comments, I doing everything correctly, but then the bot does not work on my comments under the Facebook post.
What could be the problem?

Unfortunately, we’ve had some bugs reported with the Facebook Comments tool recently. We’re currently investigating the problem and are working on a fix. Progress has been made but work is ongoing to address the issue. Due to some outstanding development projects, it may be some time before we’re able to address the problem fully.
If this is an essential feature for your bot I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
I’ll be sure to let you know once a fix has been released.
