Is it possible to post a message to Slack as a service/action?
Currently a user makes an enquiry through my Messenger flow, and that is sent to an email address.
Instead, I want to post that to Slack.
It seems that’s not possible natively. I could create another flow purely for that reason, but that wastes my credits for no reason. And I could set up a Zapier integration - but I shouldn’t need to really.
Why is this not supported? And if it is - how?

Unfortunately we don’t currently have Slack integrated as a service, purely as a bot platform. It may however be possible for you to use the Slack API along with our Webhooks service to be able to acheive this functionality. 
We do also have an idea on our roadmap to add slack as a messaging service which you might like to pop over and vote on.

This is crucial and fairly basic functionality we’d expect to have available.
