Pipedrive API list limit in FLOWXO

(Nigel Hugo Wright) #1

I am having a problem with the Pipedrive integration

It looks like to me that FLOW has a limit on the number of fields it can see from a deal in pipedrive

I have come to this conclusion as I could not see some new custom fields I had added

I checked to see the fields had API keys and the correct settings

I then viewed the new custom fields through another API link namely Zapier and can see all the fields

I went back into FLOW and recorded the name of the last field I could see “Budget” I then deleted this field in Pipedrive
I went back into FLOW the “budget” field had gone as expected and was replaced by “amount” which is a custom field I could not see before but was next on the list

Can anyone suggest anything to help please

Hi Nigel,

Please, could you let me know what number of custom fields you are seeing? If you could let me know I’ll get this looked into for you.

I have 25 standard fields & 62 Custom Fields

FlowXO only shows 56 custom fields

Hello Nigel,

We have passed this to our engineers to have a look at, it sounds like it should be a default page size that just needs increasing.

I’ll update you as soon as this is done.

Hi Nigel,

Just a quick update for you.

Our engineers have made some progress with this, we have done some further testing and been able to figure out where the limit is exactly. We will update you again shortly.

Thank you for your patience.

Hi Nigel,

Sorry for the delay with this. Our engineers got to the bottom of this, but unfortunately, with our current infrastructure, it’s just not feasible for us to update this at the moment. Your welcome to keep an eye on our roadmap, as it may very well be something we do in the future.

Our service will display the first 85 fields (Standard +Custom) in Pipedrive, so you could try to rearrange your fields in Pipedrive.

Apologies again,

Ryan.
