Phrase Grouping does not work

Hello,
I have been using FlowXO for quite some time now. I am facing an error right now, where all the grouped phrases they do not trigger at all. No actions with grouped phrases seem to work no matter what I do and I believe I have tried every single solution in this forum.

I am seeing the value field as empty in the interactions log

Even cross - checked this with the “Smart talk” and “FAQ” flows.

Hi @Aditya.sans,

What platform are you testing your bot on?

Could you please show me your interaction logs where the value field is empty?

It might also be useful if you can share you flow with us at support@flowxo.com as well so we can recreate the issue.
