hi there,
i have set a bot and when i send a message like “Hi” which doesn’t trigger any of my active flows, i get a response like this :
the persistent menu is okay, however the shortcuts… i don’t know from where they come and how i can change them… can someone enlighten me on this ?
i just the read some topics that suggested to build a catch-all flow, that’s i guess a walk around.

Catch all is the way to respond to anything said to the Bot that isn’t going to trigger one of your keywords.
These shortcut buttons will be shown where you have keyword triggers on your flows AND you have Show as a shortcut set to ‘Yes’. …You can always set the show a shortcut to ‘No’ - It’s a drop down just under your New message trigger
It’s actually really good having these as when your Bot doesn’t understand it can guide the user with their options.
Hopefully that explains those shortcut buttons - you might know this already but thought I’d share
