Author writes about how to add a “pay now” button that open “paypal” and he does not use the payment via facebook (article’s title is not so correct IMHO).
Is this possibile in flowxo ?

This would indeed be possible within Flow XO. 
Looking over the link everything really is set up in Paypal itself. To be able to access the Paypal tools you do need either a business account or a Premier Paypal account. You are then creating a link in Paypal that includes all the details - price of item etc.
Within your bot setup you would then require a Custom Request action which uses a URL button which points at the paypal button link you have just created. This will then open a Webview which the user can pay for the item via paypal.
