Only 5 FB pages?

Hi,

I have 6 facebook pages, but FlowXO sees only first 5 of them. I what to create a new chatbot with page number 6, but I couldn’t. Is it a limit or a bug?

Hi Roman,

You should be able to view more than 5 pages. I’m not 100% sure what the maximum is but I do know that it’s quite a lot. I have 6 on my account which all show up in the drop down list for me.

Can you double check that you are an administrator on all the pages please? If you aren’t an admin then the page won’t show. :slight_smile:

I’ve done one experiment, created one more page on Facebook and still have only 5 options in FlowXO instead of 7.

Hi @Roman_Shlyapkin

Could you take a look at your Facebook page settings in the ‘Page roles’ section? You should be listed as the admin for the page for it to show in Flow XO.

As a quick test could you please try signing out of your Facebook account and Flow XO account and then signing back into Flow XO and try to add the bot to your page again?

Unfortunately it’s not working, have just done, but still see the same 5 pages, not 7.

Hmm, strange. There’s definitely no limitation in Flow XO which restricts it to 5 pages. So long as you are the owner and primary administrator of the page it should show.

What type of page have you setup? Have any of the page settings been modified?

I think there is a problem between FlowXO and Facebook. FlowXO doesn’t see any new Facebook account. I deleted one old page on Facebook, so I have now 6 pages (4 old and 2 new). FlowXO sees only 4 old pages.
I’m admin on all Facebook pages.

It’s difficult to say, what is criteria for “new account”. How may I help you to understand the problem and to fix it?

When you say that Flow XO isn’t seeing any new Facebook account do you mean that you’ve tested from multiple Facebook accounts?

Please can you also let me know what type of Facebook page you are setting up, e.g. Business or brand / Community or public figure and then what type you select within that.

I wrote wrong, sorry, I tested from one FB account different pages. All my pages are business, type - education online (or something like that, I couldn’t find this information in settings).

On page settings, in the ‘General’ section is the Page visibility set to ‘Page published’? Have any restrictions been set on the page too such as Country restrictions or age restrictions?
