No triggers matching the keyword Issue

Although the Flow worked fine, suddendly the Flow Action doesn’t trigger the next flow anymore. I get the following error message: “No triggers matching the keyword.” They word does work nevertheless, if I enter it manully in Slack, the flow gets triggered fine.

Any ideas?

Hi there,

The first thought I have on this is whether or not there are any trailing white space after the word in either your keyword list or the flow trigger action. When triggering a flow with the flow trigger the keyword does have to match exactly otherwise it won’t work. When a user triggers a flow we use Word & Phrase Matching logic and so sometimes you can see a flow trigger fail when sending the word is successful.

It looks like your making a call through Twillio by using a HTTP
Request, The number is set IN THE REQUEST so that looks ok.

Am I correct that you are getting status: 400
body: {“code”: 21201, “message”: “NO ‘TO’ NUMBER IS SPECIFIED”,}
logged as an error?

It shouldn’t matter (but sometimes does!) Twilio Docs have To & From
in the request (Capitalised)
Can you change your request to use the same and try that again.

back what we have logged in the settings please
