Hi I manage to get my bot running using the Track Parcel Template. However when i try inviting it to a group chat it trigger once and and stop after that. restart is useless. My group chat is on inline is set and privacy is disable.
The worst thing the direct chat with the bot also stop working. I got to delete the chat and reenter a new token for the direct chat to work. But when i use the group chat feature it start breaking again

I can’t tell for sure but it might be some kind of bug. Please would you mind emailing support and giving them the flow ID (the URL in the browser when you edit the flow), and the date/time when you tried to interact with the bot.

Try it again today. Yes when i trigger the bot in the group chat it start breaking again. it will take 1 take to resume
