New Messaging Templates

We’ve added 2 new flow templates - Dedicated Messaging and Send Message.

  • Dedicated Messaging - use this flow on its own to create a dedicated two-way messaging bot. Routes messages from the bot user to an email address, or Help Scout, Freshdesk or Zendesk.
  • Send Message - provide an option for the user to send a message, which is then routed to an email address, or Help Scout, Freshdesk or Zendesk. Also shows a ‘reply’ shortcut when the user receives a message back so they can continue the conversation.

To use either of these templates, click Flows on the menu bar, then the down arrow on the New Flow button, then choose Use a template.
