Is there any flow integration with any service that works with the NPS Score?

You might be able to use something like Survey Monkey to be able to send a survey and calculate this.

In fact I would like a function that would make a selection and ranking of the most used words as feedback

Hi Kurt,

The built in analytics will be able to show you the top messages sent to your bot. Otherwise you could look at using a 3rd party bot analytics software along with our Webhooks service to integrate this.
