I know I am being dumb and a newbie, but i added a shortcut called ‘Personal’ and a filter called ‘Personal’ in the next flow but the default test message comes back after clicking. When I revert both of these to ‘shipping’ (I copied the FAQ flow) it works and I get the message I wanted.
It doesn’t make sense and I would appreciate help. Thanks!

When using shortcut buttons, you wont need the use of filters. Basically those shortcuts will trigger any flow that has the SAME keyword trigger (A flow listening for a New message trigger)
So your shortcut is [Personal] and you have a flow starting with a keyword ‘Personal’ right? ]
