My bot did not respond with other FB message and how to send message to many email

Hi, I have some problems:

  1. I am try to create Bot and Flow on XO with Free version. I test is ok. But other Facebook user can not chat with my Bot (fanpage: Timbank247), Is that free version is only for testing with my own chat?

  2. I want to send message to many email adress from the flow, I try to separate different emails with (,) or (:wink: but it does not work. How to do it?

Hi Tim,

When you set up your Facebook bot, did you use the simple method using our App or did you go for the more advanced option using your own Facebook app? If you’re on your own app then only admin users can speak to the bot until your app gets approved by Facebook.

Which of the email services are you using to send an email?
