i have an issue with Messenger Customer Chat when I am trying to create a new one.
I have a bot that I successfully use at my flows. I am also creating successfully automates answers for my customers Facebook comments.
The problem is when I am trying to create at Marketing Tools --> Messenger Customer Chat the buttons “Next” is grey out and I cannot proceed even when I type anything in the boxes.
I have tried to Reconnect my FlowXO with my Facebook account and in “incognito browser” to be sure that is not a cookie issue but still is grey out.
Any tip how to solve this?
