let’s say the customer is at page website.com/product1.hml
customer presses the chat button and he starts the chat bot.
now what I want is before the triggered flow to add the page link that he is when pressed the messenger button.
is that possible ? and how?

The only way you could possibly achieve this is when you set up the Messenger Customer Chat set a specific keyword to trigger a flow with which varies for each page on the website therefore sending the page as a trigger word. This will then be stored as the “Message” in the trigger. This isn’t very practical for a large website however. 
hmm could this be a future feature of your webtools or cannot due to Facebook chat code ?
it is impossible to create new webtool with different keyword on an ecommerce website for every product

Unfortunately from looking over the docs I think this is a limitation of the Facebook Customer chat and not something that we’ll be able to change I’m afraid.
