Messenger bot problems

Tell me why, when creating a bot for a messenger, the integration makes it possible to create a bot only for pages that are not connected to the Facebook advertising account; flowxo does not see other pages.
I tried different methods, even through “Use own app? (advanced)”, the system still only sees newly created pages.
How can this problem be solved?
