How can i receved the first and the second message when users send the tirth message

Hi @Geoffroy_Un_pelage_A,

There’s a tutorial here that you can follow which describes how to set up a human takeover.

You’ll need to use the messaging service in order to send messages to your email address and be able to respond back directly to the bot. You can use the users answer from any previous action in the flow to populate the initial message you are emailing to a human.

Thank’s ! But i have not found my response.

I need to received each time the parse message from my user in the new message send.
But not the single last parse message but all parse messages
Without this i can’t have a conversation with history.

Please help :wink:

Sorry I’m not sure I’m understanding here, how is your flow structured and what exactly do you want to collect?

Does your flow have multiple questions that you’re asking the user to answer and then you want to send all of their answers to a human?
If this is the case each and every answer to a question is stored and can be used at any point in a flow. You could add these to the body of an email and email this to yourself perhaps? To access the values of the questions you need to click on the Flow XO logo on the right hand side of the input box and select then answer to a question:

Another option could be to use a database to store the messages received. For a lightweight approach you could look to use Google Sheets for this. If you store both the response path and the received message in the database after each message is sent by the user then you would have a full conversation history. It would be possible to search the database for the users response path and return all messages from the user. This could be emailed to you if required afterwards. There are a couple of tutorials on working with Google Sheets:
