Hello every one ! I have just started using flow XO to create a customer support chatbot. I created a flow with “ask a question“ as a feature.
The main problem is that the user might reply not in one message, but in two parts. When this happens, the first message triggers the next question in the flow (which is what i want) but the second part of the message is either interpreted as the answer to the later question in the flow, or as an unknown response which triggers the welcome message again. I want the second message to come with the first and to answer the original questions
