May I know, Is there any analytics system other than flowxo for web chat bots?

I am creating a chatbot for web and messenger. For messenger I am using dashbot.io but I don’t know what to use for web chat bot analytics.

What additional information are you hoping to gather through another analytics system?

The Web Messenger API can publish events about the messenger lifecyle which you can subscribe to and you might find useful from an analytics perspective. :slight_smile:

Unfortunately I’ve not tried to connect any 3rd party analytics software to the web bots so I can’t recommend any. I do know some users have looked at using Google Analytics previously, but I’m not sure for which platforms I’m afraid. :disappointed:
