Many chat Jason is not communicating with FB chat

Hi,
I have created Manychat conversation. When I pasted JASON code on FB ads manager, I get this error, “The payload in attchment is invalid”. I checked JASON code is validated. Could someone help me?

Flow XO has built in Web Tools that allow you to generate Facebook Ads JSON code to include in your Facebook Ad.

Feel free to give that a try with a Flow XO Facebook Messenger Bot. :smile:

I am trying to make this work since I have spent a lot time setting up. Is there anything you can see what could not be working ?

Sorry but I’m not sure why that wouldn’t be working as it’s a Manychat feature. You’d be best off reaching out to their support team.
