Make a HTTP Request - Unauthorized Error (Authentication Parameters Missing)

Hi all,

Here is the error I’m having. Not sure what’s the cause of this.

I would really appreciate any kinds of help regarding this. I’m using Flow XO with API.AI

Hi there,

There error shows that your setup of the webhook is missing some required authentication.

The set up should look something like the following:

In the blue highlighted box you’ll need to add your bearer authentication token. :slight_smile:

Hi,

Is the error message exactly the same in your interaction logs now? Would you please be able to email in to support@flowxo.com and share the flow with us then we can take a closer look at what’s going wrong? To share a flow please click on the private button at the top of the flow, set the flow to public and share the public URL. Thanks :slight_smile:
