We’re making some changes to the underlying Flow XO platform to improve performance and stability.
In order to complete our changes, we need a 30 minute window where bots may not respond as expected, and the Flow XO UI may not be available.
This is scheduled for 08:00-08:30 BST (UTC/GMT +1 hour) on 31/08/2016 (tomorrow).
During this window you may find that:
- Bots don’t respond to requests.
- Bots won’t be able to send messages.
- The Flow XO UI is inaccessible.
Although this could affect service for the full 30 minutes, we’ll try to keep disruption to a minimum. Thanks for your cooperation!
