Live Chat isn’t quite released yet but it will be coming very soon. There will be a new console built into your Flow XO account where you will be able to have a live chat with your bot customers, put your users in and out of live chat mode or simply send ad hoc messages to them. 
We’re really excited to share this new feature with everyone and hope you’ll find it useful and a much simpler way to pass a conversation from bot to human.
The current action under the Live Chat header is the Messaging service which has been renamed slightly
