Live Chat start Notification

Hello.

There is no way to activate a written or sound notification when users choose Live chat?
It is very hard to know that was activated.

There is a checkbox when starting a live chat that will send you an e-mail, which is a good way to get notified.

Hey Nathan.
That can probably be missed and take a longer time to identify the email, or for the email to synch with your inbox?
Isn’t there any easier way? An alarm, sound notification, or popup?
Is that something that could be easily implemented?
