Live Chat and FB Messenger - hiding those records resulting from comments on FB posts

Dear All
I like the live chat feature, but I find that every interaction on our FB page appears here i.e. when users comment on a post or tag someone in. It makes it very hard to zero in on those that have sent a private message via Messenger to our inbox - its these people that I need to chat with occasionally. Is there a way to only display the records of these people and not the ones for people commenting on public facing posts in FB?

Those Facebook comment users showing is actually a bit of a bug at the moment

We’ve raised this with the development team to take a closer look to see about getting it fixed in a future update.
