Link in the shortcut

Hey,
Is there any option when user presses on one of the buttons of the shortcut that the button will take the user to some other site automatically ?

If by shortcut you mean Quick Reply:

Then no. You can only do text and location. The text can be accompanied by a tiny image but that’s it. They can’t open links.

With ‘Make a Custom Request’ you can set it so that the user’s actual reply is different from the quick reply. So like say you ask “what size of hat you’d like” and the buttons are “S” and “M” and “L” but when the user chooses “S”, the text “Small” would appear as their reply.

For links, you’d have to make a card and give that card at least one button. The button type can be: URL, text reply, call, share, buy (US only for now), log in, and log out.
