Labels, goto labels - wrong message came

Hi,

I sent an email to flowxo and shared my flow and asked question…but get no reply… so writing here… Im using labels to return if customer wants to ask more about hotel. And the thing is that is customer wants to ask like 4 questions about same hotel, he is getting one repeated answer from previuos question and answer to the new question… My answers is in the SEND message action, so I have so many “send message” actions each is with a reply to the different questions. So now I am really lost where i made mistake… because if customer asking 1 question all ok… but if asking more question means more time activating labels, then customer getting all answers repeatedly… So Im sending print screen with red zone to show my problem. hope you can help… by the way, answer messages all got just 1 filter applied with condition if customer answer to the question is equals to ie:general info,rooms and etc… (each send message filter has one equal word), so by this condition after label activating message cant go together because conditions are not met…)Please help me…

no i send reply to your previous email… so now resend again to the support email and hope you will help me…
