Hello, Karen and Daniel my dears turn on all your mind and please help me))
I want to make bot for make reserve to barbershop,
and bot asking a questios, what day you want make reserve, then he asking what time?
so maybe date and time which user choose already busy , so how to teach bot to check calendar and give answer that choosen time unfortunately busy or maybe bot can give calendar where user can see open windows for come? pleeeeassse give me solution

Hi @bizcenterbot,

We have an integration with Google Calendar which you could use. However, our Google Calendar integration doesn’t allow you to check current availability unfortunately. I do believe however, that it is possible with the Google Calendar API, so you may be able to look into this and integrate the functionality yourself using our Webhooks & HTTP service.

As an alternative, some people make use of a Facebook messenger bot since they support webviews through the Make a Custom Request service and their Webview templates. You could pass the user over to a service like Calendly.

Here’s an example flow:

Note that the URL would need replacing with your Calendly link once you’re all setup.

Telegram doesn’t support webviews unfortunately. The above method is the only one that I’m currently aware of as a solution.
