Invoke number keyboard

Hi

When I ask the user to enter his/her phone number, user needs to tap the section where it says “type a message…”. After this, QWERT keyboard opens up.

Can I control this, so that “number keyboard” opens up? This will make the bot smart and will improve CSAT.

Please suggest.

Unfortunately this isn’t something that is possible at the moment due to platform limitations. If it ever becomes available we’ll certainly look into implementing it. :+1:
