Intervening and pausing the bot

I have flows set up to parse through typical customer service issues, that also include using a live chat flow.
However, when I DM someone using Facebook messenger, the persons’ reply triggers my bot.
Is there a way to keep this from happening?

Hi @Alyssa_Morales,

You can use the built in live chat console from your Flow XO account to place the user into live chat mode so that any responses won’t trigger your flows.
