Insightly - 'Search a Contact' Limitation

Hi Flow XO Team,

I am using Flow XO to search my Insightly contacts. I am able to successfully search and find contacts when I enter the appropriate first or last name. However, sometimes, our contacts have duplicate first/last names or have last names like O’Neil or O’Brian, which produce a “split last name” error in Flow XO.

Is it possible you can provide the Insightly contact search to include a unique identifier like email address rather than limiting to only first and last name searches?

Searching CapsuleCRM records

I have a workflow that pulls in opportunity data from Capsule, the opportunity is attached to an Organisation, but I'm really after the person data. I gather the Opportunity ID and find the Organisation name just fine and then try to run a search for a person and use the Organisation name as my term, but I'm not getting any output data. Is there something I'm missing as far as the search term is concerned?

Is there anyway that I can search the Insightly email fields, rather than just the first and last name fields?

Hi,

I understand this is frustrating for you. Currently, you can only search by first name and last name but I’ve passed on your feedback so perhaps at a later date, the functionality may be reviewed.
