i am a new user of flow xo and already knowing a little about this and also a little about programming.
i want to create a telegram bot for our business so that users can interact with.
i want to create a menu that offers users 2 or 3 options such as about us , a simple calculator and a feedback panel.
in my first attempt, i had created one option menu that only lead users to use my simple calculator and a very good news is that " it works  "
but i want something like “if” function in other programming platforms so that i can lead user to another menu such as “about us” or others.
so please help me on this if possible

Hi Mohsen,

We have filters that you can add to the tasks so if you are using Ask a Question to provide the user with a choice selection for the menu items, you can then filter the next tasks.

You could use the Flow service. So if you had two options A and B, you would use two Flow tasks with a filter on and the filter for A would be Answer (selected from the dropdown) equals X (or whatever the choice value was).

Hopefully, this all makes sense but if not, just give me a shout

Hey Mohsen,

Here’s an example:

I have three flows. Two are started with the Flow - New Keyword trigger. The keyword used in the trigger will be used in the Flow - Trigger by Keyword task that is in my third flow.

This is one of the flows that is started with the Flow - New Keyword trigger.

This is the third flow that can trigger the flows started by the Flow - New Keyword trigger. This flow is started with the Bot - New Conversation trigger so as soon as the user starts the conversation with the bot they will be asked which flow they would like to start.

I’ve given them two choices to select from, Flow A and Flow B.

The question in the flow asks the user which flow they would like to go to. On the flow tasks, I’ve got filters to check what the user’s selection was to make sure that the correct flow is started.

I reset your usage for this month so you should now have 100 again. I also removed your email address from this thread
