How to recover a deleted flow?

I’ve just deleted a flow by mistake.
Is there any way to recover it?

Unfortunately there is not currently a way to do that.

@willwwf This doesn’t help your position however I always copy all dev flows to a dated backup directory so that I can recover previous versions - this avoids accidental flow deletions and also deletes of actions within the flows. It’s saved me a lot of work on a number of occassions.

Is there any way to backup all flows?

Not at this time. If you are a paid user support can enable a restore feature that can allow you to restore previous versions of a flow in case something goes wrong by sending a message to support.
