How to erase previous interactions in web(beta version)

Hi I’m currently using a wix site and tried embedding the code of the bot widget in it. Im able to access it

However, my past interactions are being shown. I am running a survey using the bot widget and I don’t want new participants to see the earlier bot interactions (questions and answers). Kindly help.

How can i not see the old data in the web(beta) window? Is it some flow task i need to ask?

Unfortunately this is not something you can do yet, but we’ve noted the feedback and will see if we can make this possible in the future :+1:

Can the data be erased in the other widgets? Like FB app, slack etc…

It can’t unfortunately. All the platforms treat message history as more of a feature/benefit rather than something that can easily be cleared. Sorry about that.
