Hi, I have been building bots for burger order system and connected to facebook messenger in Indonesian Language. However, whenever users type incomprehensible words, it always reply with “I didn’t get that, can you try again? Make sure you type your answer carefully” is it possible to customize it with other error message (i.e. in Indonesian)?

The message you see here is where you provide a set of choices but a user replies with a different answer. Unfortunately there’s not an option to customise this message (yet). 
There’s an idea to request this over on our roadmap if you want to add any comments there / place your vote on this too 
Hopefully that can fully make most messages respond in the right language then
