how to add a button or menu (virtual keyboard) to give a keyword for trigger in telegram bot in FLOW?

Hi Amir,

There are a few ways to trigger your flows with Telegram bots.

You can use our New Conversation trigger so that the flow starts every time that a user starts a new conversation with the bot. You can then use our choice type question to provide options as buttons on-screen.

Telegram also has commands that you can use. You set these up in telegram’s Bot Farther and then you add the commands including the slash in your list of keywords. so if my command was ‘talk’ my keyword would be ‘/talk’

These commands come up in a handy popup and there’s usually a slash button on the native mobile apps for ease of use.

You could also allow the user to start the chat with something really simple like Hello or Hi and then use the choice type question to present the options as on-screen buttons.
