I set up a menu flow including nine buttons (shortcuts). I would like the flow to run in my facebook messenger bot. I have read a couple of times that there are only three buttons available in the facebook messenger, is that true?

When using a menu (with shortcut buttons) Facebook will let you present up to 11 buttons. I believe Flow XO restricts this to 10 though.
If it’s the persistent menu you’re setting up though there are 3 options. You set this up in your BOT’s settings in Flow XO
