How manage User Dashboard

Within the user dashboard I can see the status of my users. I have 2 questions:

How can I reset the attributes of a user?

Is it possible to block bot use by a user?

Hi Kurt,

Unfortunately at the moment it wouldn’t be possible to do either of these things through the User Dashboard. I have however passed these ideas on for discussion internally so keep an eye on the roadmap for future development.

About the attributes associated with a user, they are recorded with the user regardless of whether he has deleted his bot (eg excluding the conversation with the bot on facebook)?

Hi Kurt,

Yes if a user deletes the conversation this will not delete their details from the User section.

In the not too distant future there will be some new releases to the users section which will allow you to reset all attributes on a users response path, block users, delete users etc.
