Hello, how I can set flow On with a normal user when they go to messenger chat. I have been study how to do it, sees Facebook in the section of the Apis need to check firs’t before to publish to the user and I don’t know what kain of element I need to send to Facebook, and how many time takes the Api they to check it out to have it publish.
If you know other process I need to fielt, please let me now.

When setting up a Facebook Bot, have you used your app and page ? If so, you’ll need to complete an App Review
Currently, Facebook require that all apps go through a (free) manual review process.
Once you’ve set up the bot, you’ll be given a link so that you can connect with your bot. Until your app is approved by Facebook, only you (as the app owner) can see it and use it.
As soon as you’re happy with how your bot behaves, you should follow Facebook’s App Review guide to submit your app for approval.
FYI - If you connect your bot with the page-only option, then you won’t need to go through a review process
