How do I stop the bot?

I am using the bot with Facebook Messenger. Sometimes somebody responds too early/gets out of the flow somehow. How do I stop this?
More importantly, if someone on my staff responds through Messenger, the bot keeps jumping in even while the client tries to talk to the live person. How do we stop the bot? I want the bot to stop any time someone responds live from our Messenger account.

If you want to use Messenger Inbox for live chat, rather than the Flow XO chat interface, then you need to implement the Facebook Handover protocol to stop the bot from responding:
