How can the trggered chat bot flow expired after some time?

Hi.
I have a question about web chat bot. A triggered a flow last week. Today I open my chat bot, flow is not finished so I see my last actions. I try to type something to trigger a bot again to the beggining but I can’t(
Maybe flowxo has a function when a chat bot will starts from the beginning of flow after some time.

Or maybe you have other solution

Hi Pavel,

The Web Messenger retains state, so you will always see previous conversation history in the window. However as long as there are flows switched on in your account and you have interactions remaining then a flow should always trigger when you type something to it.

Could you please check your Flow XO account for the following:

  1. Go to your user profile and ensure that you have interactions remaining for the month
  2. Check what flows are switched on in your account

If everything looks ok here, can you please email us at support@flowxo.com and include a link to your web messenger bot for us to take a look at?

Ok, I see. Sorry for my English but I mean how to clear open questions for the user after some time( e.g in action “ask a question” I can choose time in “expire after”

But as for open question in web bot I can do it only manually in “users”

Hi @pashokek

If the question expiry is set to ‘Never’ then at the moment the user would have to either provide an answer or you would need to manually clear the open questions from the users section.
