Help with FlowXO and Pipedrive!

This is an awesome integration product by the way! I have been trying to find something that will trigger my contact form 7 plugin onto my pipedrive CRM for days until I found you guys!

So far everything works great except for this one thing: When a new deal is added onto the pipedrive, it doesn’t plug in the person’s information such as their phone number and email. Is there a way to trigger Add a New Deal with the person’s contact information attached to it?

I am going to attach a screenshot of what it looks like, if I would add a new deal when I enter it in manually so you can see what I am talking about. When I enter a new deal in, it gives me the option of adding additional information such as their phone number and email.

Hi there,

Pipedrive has custom fields and contextual fields but unfortunately, they only provide access to the custom fields via the API so you cannot access these other fields.

You can add phone and email fields as custom fields making them available via the API. I’ve attached a screenshot below so you know how to identify fields available via the API in Pipedrive.
