I have a group listening for the phase ‘what happened’. I have set the response message filter to ‘contains’ and not equals. However, in both cases (contains and equals) a response will not happen if someone types punctuation at the end - aka… ‘what happened?’
I thought ‘contains’ would have worked. How can i fix that? Thanks!
