Hey guys, Im having trouble…
Id like to use google sheets to bring up information in the bot… so when the customer asks for account balance, it brings up his account balance from google sheets?

You just need to use the output from the Google Sheet task in your bot message. We’ve got a Tutorial that gets data from a sheet and sends it to the user that you might find helpful
