Go to label is replace previous responses

I have one application in which we have one Flow with 3 options and Go to label actions. User traverse throuh all options using Loop (go to lable) . We are getting only latest (last) response which user filled. We want to track all the options and input which user filled. For better understanding of current flow, Current result and expected result, please refer below image.

Note : we have gone through all possibilities and refer all docs available on google. Even sent mail to flow xo team but we do not get answer.

Your help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I can’t see any record of a message from you through to the support team - can I just confirm that you sent an email to support@flowxo.com?

In regards to the issue you’re having with the flow it looks as though your GoTo label is always taking the user back to before the question has been asked which means that each time they answer the question their answer is saved as the output. You could save each selection to an attribute in your flow

If you’re still not sure, please email support@flowxo.com with a share of your flows. This can be done by clicking on the ‘Private’ button near the top right corner when editing your flow.
