When the bot is asking questions, like shortcuts, text questions, choice questions, my users often click “restart” button of facebook messenger menu and want to restart the bot. However, the restart button become an answer of the questions, and the rest of questions is still going on.
May I know is there any method to set some global phrases / words? When users input those phrases / words, it will flow to “Welcome” flow automatically.

The recognised quit words for the bots are: “quit”, “exit”, “goodbye”, “bye”, or “end” however these will result in the bot saying bye and the user having to trigger the “Welcome” flow themselves afterwards.
Unfortunately if you are in Question mode then the bot will take any other input as the answer to that question. What you could do is add a choice from the question that the answer is restart. Your next task in the flow could be the Flow Service to call the “Welcome” flow with a filter on this task that states answer to question equals “Restart”.
