Gif is not animated in card

I am using send a card in a flow, nevertheless the gif images I upload or link do not show animated in FB messenger, ¿what am I missing?

Hi @Augusto_Vera,

Unfortuantely Facebook doesn’t allow animated gifs to be aded to cards. :disappointed:

When you’re sending an animated gif it must be sent in the format of an attachment (this is how our “Send an Image” action works).
