Hi Deepak It sounds like you’ve used your interactions. Our free plan has 500 interactions if you check in your account under your profile, you’ll see a plan & billing section. You can always upgrade here too .

can i send broadcast message to all user those are like my facebook page?.
One more question can i send broadcast message to selected user, i have these users userid?

You’d need a user to talk to the bot. Once the user messages your bot. You have their response path this is where you send messages back to a user via the bot.
