Getting error: Adapter not found for ID and account

Hi all,

I’m getting the following errors on my (previously working) bot:
Adapter not found for ID 5943fa8abdbe12001139517c and account C28AUBJ1Y

Any idea on how to fix this?

We’re investigating this type of error at the moment. Can you please tell me your timezone and the datestamp of the message in the interactions log that shows it? Thanks, and sorry for the trouble.
